http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/donald-trump.htm

The type of stories written about Donald Trump are typically in reference to radical changes he is attempting to pursue. The stories include the way Trump speaks about using CPAC to attack news media's use of anonymous sources. This was my example of a liberal news outlet, as CBS is known for being a channel with a reputation of being a liberal news outlet. The most most common media outlets I have discovered in use from Donald Trump include in this order from most to least television, internet, radio, magazines, and newspapers. News stories from different outlets cover stories about Donald Trump in different ways in that a bias can occur depending on where the outlets are coming from. A bias towards the information will also result in a difference from the outlet stories. This is in fact the biggest issue with differences occurring form the outlets being covered. I see bias manifested in the stories themselves in examples such as the way people on Television from sites known for being either liberal or conservative making it clear the way they feel about Trump alongside the information they are sharing. This is where the aspect of being bias becomes an issue with the media. The news outlet from Donald Trump covering various topics off of ABC shows the bias they have having a more conservative news outlet. From what I can tell their are several people and aspects going into who is generating the news. So many people are trying to get their word into the media and be heard.

Donald Trump is known for being the king of the media, and allow for an opening to several for topics to speak upon. Trump has people in support and against him generating news over him on a daily basis. I think this is because of the fact that Trump is such an important figure to our nation as President. People are always going to looking into depth on big issues or even the smallest issues when involving Trump. It is just a matter of if the person speaking out and generating news is in support or against Trump will sway the way the message will be portrayed to the audience. If I was advising my candidate I would focus on advertising news stories of positivity Trump has brought to the nation along with hard work and dedication coming from him. I would be pitching news stories to reporters of all types of ways Trump is doing great at his job, and avoid negativity being brought upon him. News stories such as the way he is helping out the people of the United States of America with the intent to make our country improve as time goes on during his term as our President.

I choose this news outlet, because it seems to entirely just point out facts. The news outlet has a minimal amount of bias in my opinion. Overall it states facts and focuses on the point it is trying to get rather than opinionate what is being said within the news outlet.

This SNL skit represents my candidate in a way to make you think he is a puppet and ignorant to almost any subject he attempts to talk about. They exaggerate how he talks, making him quite a bit more ridiculous than even Trump is at his worst. Saturday Night Live loves taking shots at Trump as they continued to have similar skits to this for about an entire year. These skits attempted to provide a negative image of who Trump is. It attempts to possibly show people he is not very smart with his decision making skills or things he decides to say. This would attempt to take away from Trump credibility for being a suitable president. However, SNL is known for making a joke on several famous people so the majority of people will see this as nothing more than a joke. His public image does perceive to be similar to the way they in some instances portray Trump as during this skit. Mainly the way Trump has trouble filtering out things he should probably just keep to himself. They also manage to attack the way Trump is known for having a seemingly obvious ego.

This does not portray the way Trump would like to be seen at all. It goes completely the opposite of that in fact. He would like to be the leader of our country. In other words, able to figure out difficult situations. Not a man with no idea what he is talking about lacking intelligence on all sorts of topics. Trump even spoke out on Saturday Night Live most notably on his Twitter. Saying things such as how SNL is just flat out not funny at all. Trump seemed to let this get under his skin which is a bad move on his part. He should no matter what in my opinion act as if the things they are doing on that television show do not effect him in the slightest amount.

This skit relates best at attempting to portray Trump with all the negative things popularly said about him exaggerated and highlighted. When he is asked about political topics he has ridiculous responses to all of it. The show attempts to show how Trump is uneducated politically on all the important topics going on in the real world. They also point out the way he is rude to others when asked questions, showing off his attacking personality. He has been given plenty of criticism in the way he seems to consistently be rude to anyone who asks him a question he does not enjoy.

This ad brings positivity and hope to our nation. It shows all types of people and how working hands are the heart of this country. Trump was mocked being told his hands and fingers are small, and created a joke out of it by turning it entirely into positivity. The strategy brings everyday people with completely different backgrounds to represent how "these hands" have accomplished so much for America. This is a candidate positive ad for Donald Trump. The strategy most commonly seen was the diversity of people allowing a large audience to have the ability to relate to this ad. This is a great ad in my opinion, and turned negative comments on Trump into humor with strong meaning behind the message this ad gets across to the audience.

This picture sow Trump seeming to be proud with the words "Aspire to greatness" conveying what his face is showing. He looks determined in this photo, and therefore bringing positivity on himself through this ad. The space shuttle represents many things our country has accomplished in our space program and is a big part of American history.

While this picture is humorous, we have learned many truths behind this statement. Trump doesn't seem to know when to be quiet or loud at appropriate times as he is known for saying whatever he feels is necessary during any particular time or situation. However, his words and blunt ability with the media lead him to a victory in the presidential election!

This is a hate ad for Trump making him appear to be extremely racist. He appears to be a ruthless leader with no problem hurting innocent people if it means taking out the vast amount of the enemy. It goes on to talk about abortion and how Trump did not seem to handle that topic well at all. The biggest attack is the way it shows a large number of individuals saying negative things about who Trump really is to them. They attempt to make fun of him and appear as though he has many issues of lacking intelligence. These two ads really to expose Trump to those who know little about the man. The strategy is to make Trump look like an undesirable selection as president, and I feel it does a good job at attacking him from all angles. They expose him as a liar, saying racist things, and just flat out saying the wrong thing at the wrong time over and over. Another strategy is bringing in popular or well known people saying negative comments towards Trump to help authenticate this ads claims.

Trump has dealt with more negativity throughout his campaign, and dished out the most controversy this country has ever seen. I am interested to see if this country will thrive or on the other hand hit a recession with such an unpredictable president in office.

Trump has a website and is involved with social media on Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. He keeps his Facebook up to date with the topics going on reflecting his image in a positive way. His Instagram account consists mostly of photos showing you how Trump can be seen doing things everyday people can relate to. I believe this helps the public see he can in some ways relate to the average American. He is most known for his Twitter account. This social media site has gotten him into more trouble than any other social media site he is involved in. It is no secret that Trump has basically no filter when it comes to saying what he wants to even in some cases at very inappropriate times. He has been caught numerous times lying on his Twitter, or simply just saying ridiculous things. Overall, Trump is quite active on his social media sites in comparison to most. He is known to many as the king of social media.

His ability to use social media so well has brought attention to several people across the nation. The publicity in my opinion helped him win the election. However, the hatred and negativity he seemed to bring on his social media sites can not be a good look for someone with hopes of being a leader to so many others. As President he is going to need someone monitoring what he Tweets out for example in order to keep any unnecessary problems from occurring. His most important online source of social media has to be his Twitter account, because it has by far brought in the most publicity for both good and bad reasons.

Trump did an excellent job at getting people to pay attention to his online presence. For a man his age it is unbelievable how many different age groups have interest in what he has to say. His unpredictable mindset has kept people entertained in what he is going to do or say next. Filtering out the nonsense and rants about topics that offend others needs to be something he works on. It will hurt him more than ever if he continues this behavior since he now has such a great amount of important responsibilities to obtain. The most interesting posts Trump included were the ones with relevance of importance to the betterment of our country. He needs to focus on politics and the way our country is developing for the better. This will bring hope to the American people in a positive display. The profanity and bold claims were the messages he sent out on Twitter that I found to be the posts he sent out with the most engagement from his followers.

The polls for my candidate were clearly not in has favor given that 29 percent off FiveThirtyEight's forecast had given Trump by far the highest chance of him winning in the outcome. The historical approach FiveThirtyEight took make since as to why they had given Trump a better chance. The polls did not think Trump had a chance, and were off more than ever before in a Presidential election. The national polls were correct in that Clinton did win the popular vote. The people who are less likely to take the surveys were low income and individuals with very little education. Trump had several voters in this category, who probably were never even surveyed. Some people saw voting for Trump as socially undesirable, therefore hid the fact that they were really going to vote for him. Social desirability made the people on the phone or taking surveys saying they are going to vote, even though many of these individuals may never actually vote. Missing large groups like this is the main reason the polls were skewed. People are currently reviewing how the polls were so off, and are expected to have a solid answer in May of 2017.
The polling could've been better if they had taken into consideration the individuals with low income or education as a large mass of people who planned on voting for Trump. In order to help me better understand Trumps chances and impressions I would've liked to hear from a more diverse group of people throughout the polls so that I could have a better insight of how good of a chance he truly had. I would want to ask why they did not consider certain groups such as the low income families across the nation who seemed to have a desire to vote for Trump. What is important about polling is the way we have now seen how easily it can be misguiding. It matters to those who look into the polling process in depth, and see the validity behind it.
We have so many people working into getting the polls as accurate as we possibly can, however different groups will send out all kinds of different percentages as to who is going to win. It is nearly impossible to be exactly right on how likely someone is going to win the election due to all of the limitations polls bring. The limitations for polls include the way people can simply lie about who they are going to vote for or if they are actually going to vote. This will cause the polls to be inaccurate as we saw during this election. People seeing Trump as someone not socially acceptable to admit they are voting for had to of played a key role in why the pollsters did such a terrible job at figuring out what the real outcome would be. Nonresponse bias I believe took place in a larger quantity than any election before, because of those who did not want to admit which candidate they were voting for.

I have chosen the debate where Trump decides to really go off on Hillary Clinton in front of everyone for the first time. He did a great job at speaking over Clinton during the debate in order to get his points across. Most of these comments included ways to expose why Clinton was not fit for the job. Trump does an excellent job at keeping those watching interested in what is going to come out of his mouth next. No President has ever had such a forward way of speaking, as he does not speak much like a politician at all. He excels at avoiding mistakes he has made, by dodging the topic or explaining the issue in a way that enlightens the topic at hand. His debating skills are very strong as he seems to always hold his own throughout the election debating with all the candidates. He was the most outspoken candidate throughout 2016 and also seemed to be picked on the most from the other representatives. Trump handled this in stride making him the center of attention and ultimately earned the votes from enough people to win the election. Trump enjoys being the center of attention during these high pressure debates, and had to of been a key factor in getting him as far as representing the Republican party.
This big mouth of Trump also worked negatively I would have to say. Some people did not enjoy the way he treated others, and saw him as a cruel leader. His main issue throughout the campaign was in fact the way he said things often that he should not have ever said at all. I would suggest for him to be more careful with the topics he discusses to the public. When he loses his cool he tends to say things that are at times to bold given the situation. For example, it was no secret he lost the votes from several women due to the ways he spoke about them. He also lost votes from several minority groups he appeared to have a negative image of regardless of how the individuals with that background turned out.
The issues I would suggest Trump talks about is about the things the people of the United States care about most. Not immigration so much, but rather the education system and economy. He should focus on how he is going to help out the way these two topics can be resolved much more than he did during the campaign. His hatred towards others and desire for such drastic change with immigration policies makes him look as though he wants to create bad blood with others in a time where many are in hopes for peace in this great country. Trump now has the opportunity to help out our country more than ever before, and I am interested and hopeful for the near future to come with him representing us as the President.

Trump Inauguration Speech ^^^^^^

I have chosen to blog about Trumps inauguration speech which was talked about so much after he delivered it. What Trump did so well included the way he stayed the same as he was all campaign, and stuck to saying what he planned to do all along. He was straight to the point and powerful with the statements he made. He is an influential man who is not afraid to say what he wants. This inauguration speech was said to be different from any Presidents in the past.
I think he could've been more positive during this speech. The inauguration speech is meant to bring the nation together with a new leader bringing hope to those who need it. Instead, this speech seemed to bring fear to many as to the plans Trump unpredictably has in store for the near future to come. Trump spent almost the entire speech talking about what is wrong with America with in some cases weak attempts to explain how it was all going to be resolved.  The speech focused on how everything now was basically terrible and needed a change. He also focused on things such as going to war and exterminating the enemy. The rally was meant to bring people together, and bring joy to a brighter future, however his speech had so much negativity it made it hard to see the speech this way. Trump made valid points, however he did not include enough positive thoughts to an inauguration speech.
He talked of an education system in which was flushed of cash. Trump focused on the crime from drugs and gangs robbing our country. Trump talked about how we have protected other borders while forgetting to protect our own. Along with the trillions of dollars of overseas money we have spent. He claimed the simple rules of Buy american hire American.
This speech must have scared several people in America. It had many things he wanted to change including an attitude of wanting to go to war with anyone who is messing with the American people. Trump in my opinion should have focused much more on the positive things during a speech in this atmosphere welcoming him as our new President. In conclusion, the social media broke out and expressed how they felt about trump. Many did not agree with the way he approached this speech, and are now living in fear of what is going to happen next. This does not speak for everyone though, because I also noticed a good amount of people who supported Trump for bringing up so much negativity and they believe he can turn it all around. I hope they are right, because after hearing this speech it is evident of the great amount of work Donald Trump is going to have to endure in order to overcome many issues over the next four years.

The way I viewed Donald Trumps SWOT analysis is portrayed by my perspective from what I have seen and learned about Trump throughout his campaign. His major strength includes his ability at being the master of the media. Getting his name out there and talked about on social media sites is what he does best. A weakness he has on the other hand includes his inability it seems to filter what he is saying. He is known for saying things he shouldn't, because if he has an opinion he is not afraid to express it. Opportunities Trump has are almost endless. He has millions of dollars to go along with his ability to run as the President of the United States of America. Threats Trump faces is anything he may do to negatively influence our country or his image. He is always going to be in the spotlight, therefore must be careful before making each decision daily. The media will always hype up any negative or positive thing Trump endures during his campaign. It makes the stories more interesting, and is simply how the media works.
The issues Trump highlighted most include immigration. He stressed how serious he is about immigration policies to remove those who are not American at all costs. His talk of building a wall is clear evidence about how strongly he feels about this topic. Trump also talked quite a bit on the budget and economy. The third thing he talked about most often was the crime in the United States. He called the police force the most mistreated people in America. He also emphasized how judges need to be held accountable and to not reduce sentences.
Trumps main three members of his team during his campaign included Roger Stone, Corey Lewandowski, and Paul Manafort. Roger Stone is a longtime key advisor for Trump and been there for him over the years. Corey Lewandowski believes in Trump deeply, and that is why I believe Trump wants to keep him around. Lewandowski has a motto quoted saying "Let Trump be Trump." Paul Manafort has been working in politics for the Republican party since 1976. He is very knowledgeable, and will be a great asset for Trump to have help him out. He ended up becoming the campaign manager for Donald Trump.
